This Chia Pudding Chocolate Mousse recipe is creamy, chocolatey, and perfect for a healthy dessert or balanced breakfast. This blended chia pudding has a creamy, rich texture of chocolate mousse. It’s made with only 6 ingredients and will take about 10 minutes of actual work.

- 2/3 cup chia seeds
- 2.5 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 avocado
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (optional)
Toppings:
- Peanut butter Greek yogurt
- (Mix 2 tbsp PB with 1/2 cup Greek yogurt)
- Berries or choice of fruit
- Cocao nibs
- @simplemills nut butter stuffed sandwich cookies
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until chia seeds have been completely blended.
- Next, add the avocado and blend for another 30 seconds.
- Pour into a sealable container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and add toppings of choice.
