- 5 ripe Honey (Ataulfo) Mangoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 (7.4 oz) can of coconut condensed milk
- 2–3 cups of soy milk/milk of choice
- Ice to preference
Instructions
- Slice and peel the mangoes as shown in the photos above.
- Add mango meat to the blender along with the water and blend until extra smooth.
- Pour mango puree into a pitcher along with some ice.
- Next, blend the coconut condensed milk together with soy milk until well mixed.
- Pour milk on top of the mango puree and use a large spoon to mix it together and make the creamiest mango milk you’ll ever try.
