Description

The most refreshing mango milk you will make this summer! It’s creamy, perfectly sweetened, and a little addicting.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 5 ripe Honey (Ataulfo) Mangoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (7.4 oz) can of coconut condensed milk
  • 23 cups of soy milk/milk of choice
  • Ice to preference

Instructions

  1. Slice and peel the mangoes as shown in the photos above.
  2. Add mango meat to the blender along with the water and blend until extra smooth.
  3. Pour mango puree into a pitcher along with some ice.
  4. Next, blend the coconut condensed milk together with soy milk until well mixed.
  5. Pour milk on top of the mango puree and use a large spoon to mix it together and make the creamiest mango milk you’ll ever try.
