Garlic Avocado Toast

You haven’t experienced avocado toast until you try this garlic avocado toast. A delicious garlic avocado mash on top of a toast along with sweet red peppers and spiced olives. This simple twist on the classic avocado toast is life-changing and perfect for a delicious breakfast or snack.


  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 mini sweet peppers
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Spiced Olives:

  • 1/2 cup Olives from Spain
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne powder


  1. Slice mini red peppers and saute in a pan with a little oil until cooked down. Season lightly with salt and set aside.
  2. Mince garlic. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil over low heat. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and cook for about 45 seconds stirring it consistently. Once the garlic is golden and aromatic, pour the garlic olive oil into a ramekin or small bowl to cool off.
  3. Mash the avocado with a little salt to taste. Pour the garlic olive oil on top of the mashed avocado and stir it in until it’s well incorporated.
  4. Add olives to a small bowl. You can pit the olives or use them whole. Add in olive oil, paprika, cayenne, and stir in.
  5. Toast bread, spread a layer of mashed avocado, sweet red peppers, and then top off with spiced olives and black pepper!
