I’m Anna – a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and food blogger.

My goal is to share authentic plant-based recipes and tips to help you make healthy, affordable, easy and flavorful meals. Don’t worry, you won’t have to scroll through a whole story about my life just to get to the recipe, most of the time you can just skip right to it 😉 I also prioritize sharing many of my family recipes that are authentically Mexican and veganized.
