Description
These easy-to-make, air-fried peaches will be your new favorite vegan summer dessert! Made with only 5 main ingredients and so comforting and delicious. Easy to make a single serving dessert or enough for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 4 peaches
- 1–2 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Vegan vanilla ice cream
- @bakeryonmain granola
Instructions
1. Slice peaches in half and take out the pit.
2. In a small ramekin or bowl, melt the butter and mix in the cinnamon and sugar. Use a brush to coat the top part of the peaches (where to pit was).
3. Air fry for 10 minutes at 350 F. Let cool off for about 5-10 minutes and top off with your favorite vegan vanilla ice cream and bakery on main granola.
