Description
This chocolate-drizzled, strawberry pretzel dessert is perfect for a healthy, post-dinner dessert. This beauty consists of a smashed Medjool date topped with greek yogurt, sliced strawberry, a mini pretzel, and dark chocolate drizzles. This dessert is super easy and quick to make with minimal dishes to wash after!

- 12 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup plant-based yogurt (I used Silk)
- 12 mini pretzels
- 6 medium strawberries
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate (I used Beyond Good)
Instructions
- Slice strawberries to your liking and melt the dark chocolate.
- Use your hand or a glass cup to smash a date into a round shape that is slightly caved in in the middle.
- Spread about half a tablespoon of greek yogurt on top of the flat date.
- Add slices strawberry and pretzel on top and then drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Place in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Defrost for a few minutes and enjoy!
