Ingredients
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 2 tomatoes, Roma, diced
- 1/4 large red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 large lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dice all the veggies evenly and add set aside
- Slice the avocados, take out the pit, and use a spoon to scoop the avocado onto a mixing bowl or a molcajete.
- Add a few squirts of lime juice and mash the avocados to get them as creamy as you’d like.
